THIS is awesome.
This past week I have stumbled across a good handful of healthy living blogs. A different kind of weight loss inspiration than what I am use to. I told a couple of them a big heartfelt thank you (and had a mix up between those blogs but I swear I love you both and you are both so great!) and I feel kinda stupid for getting so confused but at the same time that just means that I have been mixing up a bunch of great blogs.
I apologize for mixing it up but dang it I love you all. Seriously. I am so inspired to lead a healthy life and make healthier decisions. All you healthy blogs have grabbed my heart and really given me a good boost of hope that I will get better and get fit. My boyfriend is thankful too because this means that he won’t have to worry so much about my disordered eating. You healthy blogs have managed to make yourselves relate-able and that in itself is a grand feat.
I am saying thank you to ALL of you now instead of addressing each and everyone of you individually for fear of mixing up all of the blogs again. Lol. But also because I want everyone to see what a great effect you guys have had on me. I want everyone to see that I am making this conscious decision to do better for myself and it is a big thanks to YOU the healthy blogs. Thank you so much for providing the inspiration I need and being a sense of happy healthful safety for me. I love you and what you do.
I love to watch you succeed with your own health challenges and I love to know that I am not alone. I love to read what you post and reblog it so that I may be able to inspire others to get healthy and/or stay healthy. I love that you have helped me to tap into my inner strength and run with it. I love you for being you. So thank you healthy blogs. All of you. By simply going public with your healthy lifestyle/lifestyle changes you have managed to touch a passerby’s life if not SAVE it.
Continue to be strong, healthy, beautiful individuals and I will follow. You have inspired me to be/do the same. Thank you.
These are pretty basic, but it’s a good reminder for myself :)
